Skyrim Slowed Down, Now Does Not Work Anymore.

Hi!

 

Recently I have started modding Skyrim again, with my 1070, I could reach new highs and it looked amazing!

Sadly, good things don't last. Enter, the problematic situation: every time I try to start Skse via Mod Organizer, I am met with this screen.

Before this happened, I traveled to Riverwood, spawned a dragon to terrorize the citizens and started dropping frames like it was a generic dub step tune. I then closed the game and here I am, stuck in this loop.

 

If you guys would help me, I would be very thankful. I believe I have to show my mods, so here you go! I know I am asking for a lot, but please atleast give me a clue, because I have no idea.
