oblivion spanking mod idea

Since there are only like 2 spanking mods out there. Thinking about making a good spanking mod for oblivion.  were you can obviously spank npcs or have wooden spanking wagon do it. (that would allow to do to your self) The more you spank the character the redder there butt gets. and butt will move with each swat (depends on what they are spanked with) (meaning how much movement) I can build the 3d models and textures as well as maby animations but I need help with the coding and possibly the butt animation.
