Screenshots, what ENB's and lighting setups would you recommend?

So I recently started taking screenshots in Skyrim and have absolutely fallen in love with it. The issue, however, is that when I would play I used a set up that was rather dark, and as you probably can guess it made the screenshots look either very under exposed or as if it was being taken by a camera with offset white balance. I currently use the Grim and Somber ENB, ELFX, and Climates of Tamriel and was hoping I could get some veteran's opinions on their preferred set up for taking screenshots. Whether it be an ENB, a different lighting mod, whatever, I would love to hear it so I can try it out.

Thanks for the help!

Elfx is great tbh. So is vivid weathers. I personally don't use ENB because the fps drop isn't worth the look IMHO. Imaginator is a great mod for customizable bloom, saturation, contrast and even sky lighting brightness, on top of dynavision Depth of Field customizability. Screenshots in my signature utilize the two. Just forgive the lack of grass mods lol

If you want good looking screenshots, ENB is the best option. If you aim for high quality settings, SweetFX or ReShade is simply a joke compared to a wonderful ENB. They may be more performance friendly, but you're taking screenshots, FPS don't matter. All that matters on a screenshot is the quality.

Many people use Snapdragon Prime ENB for screenshots because it has different beautiful presets, meaning you will find a fitting look for nearly any screenshot. And if you think something needs to be changed, ~99% of the ENB settings can be changed ingame - which is another advantage of ENB compared to other things.

Climates of Tamriel is good, but you shouldn't care so much about the weather mods. Finding the optimal weather (using cheat codes) is what you need to do, not just taking the screenshot at the current one.

Not sure about lightning mods, but your ENB does nearly all the necessary things anyway, so I guess you can just use whatever is recommended for your current ENB. Mod recommendations for ENBs should always be installed instead of other mods, so if your ENB recommends you to use ELFX, use ELFX instead of something else. Some people try out other mods, but you shouldn't do that, at least not at the start.

Something else that I can recommend is to get an ENB manager and to install several ENBs that you like. Some screenshots look better with a dark ENB, some with a colorful ENB, and so on.

Did you take a look at the Show your Skyrim and Post your sex screenshots threads? They contain exactly what you're aiming for: screenshots. Look at recent ones and find good-looking ones and then find out why they look so good. ENB? Camera adjustments? Lightning? Color? And other things too. Take inspiration from that for your own screenshots.

Oh wow, I had no idea this existed! Should be a huge help. Thanks!

A big thing you want to do is have this mod to help with lighting. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/47517/?

Find an ENB you like and that mod will help change the lighting were you need it.

Yeah, I'm not worried about FPS and you do have a point about the weather. I guess I'm just going to have to start trying a lot of different ENB's out. Thanks for the reply :)

Your game looks a lot better than I would expect considering you don't have an ENB, I'll definitely try it out. My rig can handle an ENB pretty well fortunately, so I will probably still end up going with that. Thanks! :)
