Bodyslide/Outfit Studio Problem

I've been fiddling with these programs for the past 5 hours and I haven't been able to get anywhere with it. I created my own body in Bodyslide by using CBBE HDT as a base http://imgur.com/n35Xk5c. After I got through the Outfit Studio process that i followed through with this guide https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1324094-unofficial-bodyslide-2outfit-studio-tutorials/ my character always ends up like this in game http://imgur.com/UC6wZiw & http://imgur.com/9X4PAAg. What am I doing wrong? Here's a screen of Outfit Studio as well http://imgur.com/5mtM9q8.

Any help with would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Try this, assuming you have bodyslide files for all the armours you want to use with it.

Start bodyslide, in the top left choose the outfit/body which you already said is cbbe body hdt

Next in the box below that choose the preset you saved the body settings under, those used to create the body image you posted.

Next create a temp folder somewhere, it does not matter where, just make sure it is easy to find, next tick the build morphs option next to the batch build button at the bottom left, then hold down the alt key and click the batch build button, you should then get the option of where do you want to build choose the temp directory you just made, next right click on the list shown and choose unselect all, then go down the list showing and just check the armour/clothing you have installed, make sure to only include the cbbe body hdt as well, maybe feet too, after you finish choosing all the stuff choose build and wait.  For a quick check only select the armour you have in your characters inventory, you may have to remove and requip the armour to get it to change, for me it sometimes need doing other times it does not.  If it works then build all the rest of the armours.

After its finished, zip up the created meshes and install them, take a look in game and it should then fit the body you created.
