[SIMS4] Expanded slider range?

Hey I found some cool sims in the gallery, looks like they use some slider mod?

When I add the model to my game of course it looks nothing like it. :( Any idea how to get this to work? I'm looking for slider mods but I can't find any! There are some boob sliders but as you can see the hips are bigger too...
