Crash on save game due to Fair Skin Complexion mod (Enderal)

Hello!

 

So I crash when I load any of a series of save games that were working fine last night.  I can start new games no problem but it will crash before it loads a save.  The game works fine with enb and every mod aside from Fair Skin Complexion.  The moment I put FSC on, it won't load my saves.

Everything worked fine last night.  I try to play again tonight and no dice.  I've been at it all day and I'm at my wits end so I figured I'd reach out to you guys for a life preserver.  Thanks ahead of time for any suggestions.

I figured it out.  I had a D3D9.dll in my game folder that is needed for the FPS limiter mod.  It's what was causing my issues apparently.  I'm not sure why it only prevented me from loading saves, but it's fixed at any rate.  If anyone could enlighten me as to why that would matter for save games, please do.
