What kinds of mods can I make without having to have knowledge in programming/coding/scripting?

And how about making models in 3Dmax?

Most mods on Nexus have very little coding or scripting if any.

Now you can alter Armor values, armor resistances, add effects to armor like +2 Luck, just use FO4 edit to look at how its done in other peoples mods and the Fallout4 esms.

Just copy anything you like using right click copy override to edit something existing or use new record if you want it to be a new item.

Copy whatever into into a new file (esp) then screw with that file as much as you like. You'll break stuff while learning but just don't change anything in any file like the Fallout4 or DLC's. You can always reinstall someone's mod if you screw it up.

If you can make models then go for it, I know nothing about models and mesh etc, but there are people around that do.
