Standalone Follower causing CTD

Hi   I've just tried to install this mod

but when I activate it with NMM (like all my other mods, as usual) and I enter in the game, I get CTD after the Bethesda Logo.

In the thread there are no specifical dlc requirements or other files, so I don't really understand why I get the CTD. Anyone can please help?

You are correct. I copied a skeleton, body meshes and textures from another similar follower I had and it worked   Thank you!

 

I had to go finding the original npc in embershard mine through, since when I tried to spawn Mango with "player.placeatme" nothing happened and the game freezed after any other console command I typed after that. Very strange, but it's not very important at all.
