Sharing Tutorials for Beginners

Recommended Posts

I started this Topic for all beginners to share the tutorials that beginners have used during learning Skyrim related programs like Creation Kit, GIMP, NifSkope, BodySlide, Outfit Studio, Blender, TES5Edit, etc...

These tutorials can be a simple reply, or full tutorial from a website. But, be sure that it's work correctly, not to misguide other people.

You can add your comments. Just don't be rude. Respect all comments, all people.

Just add the link.

Do not expect to get an answer, because the knowledge of the beginners could be limited. You can use for that:

Right now, I'm adding a Skyrim Creation Kit Tutorial - Creating a Player House created by WitchOfTheWings:

This is a Tutorial that I prepared, which is about Importing Schlong.nif to a Body.nif in NifSkope.

But, you can use it as a basic tutorial for importing a body.nif to an armor.nif too.

I don't know if it is totally correct. For that reason, feel free to add your comments...

It's a pdf file.

Tutorial for Adding Bink Video in Skyrim with a Trigger Activator

Q: What is the goal of this activator?

A: When I enter in a room, a porn movie scene automatically starts to play.

Q: Does it work properly?

A: When a .bik video starts to play, Skyrim becomes inactive. The only way to quit the video is hitting Esc button, or you have to wait until the end. But, hitting Esc button hasn't worked for me. I couldn't resolve that problem. Keeping a short clip (like a few seconds long clip) is the best way. I tried to put a scene that takes 30 minutes long. It starts correctly, but Esc button didn't work. The only way was press Ctrl+Alt+Del, that means quitting the game.

If you can resolve this Esc button issue and inform, I'll really appretiate.

This a Tutorial that I prepared by myself. There are .doc and .pdf files:

Anything about using the latest Blender version?.

I don't know if the last version of Blender can open nif files.

You can try to look at Blender's website, or search in YouTube for a tutorial/demonstration of the last version.
