Bleak enb problems

Could be any number of things causing it, broken install, running lighting overhaul mods (Bleak doesn't like those) incorrect ini settings etc.

 

I have also seen similar screenshots that were caused by having the Steam Overlay enabled, you could try unchecking the overlay option in your Steam Library Skyrim properties to see if that helps.
