If I had to guess it looks like the seeker is simply idleing nearby while a solo female tentacle animation plays from Nazonootoko’s mods. Aequss made a slal pack for his animations, but you still need the original mods for them to work.

I'm using Seasons of Skyrim ENB with an older binary- ENB 0.112 KAGE with Imaginator and SSAssist Tools to tweak with the coloration.

I added the sound. Sexlab is unfortunately very limited when it comes to sound and facial expressions.

I tried to recreate his character but I didn't get it exactly but the body shape is definitely the one he offers on his website. If you have presets to share then post them ;)
