It depends on the ENB, and what you want to see actually. Your video card and the drivers it uses have a big impact as well.  I read somewhere that some parts of the latest ENB binaries are messed up a bit. Which parts... I have zero idea. I use NAC for my game at the moment, and I can say that I think it rains too damn much. I can also tell you that I see lighting going all wonky at times, even with the NAC setup at default. I can tell you more about that if you like.
