Strange Problem When Going for Facial Surgery/Haircut

Hiya,

 

I encountered this weird problem that renders my camera view during haircuts or facial surgery useless. The camera is pointing at the back of my character's head. I turned off all the mods, and still this happens. Can anyone help me with the camera INI settings, I may have added a tweak or two to them in the recent past. I don't know where to get the defaults. x_x;
