Quick question about mods

Hi

I'm new here and since I don't know how to post my load order without the warning saying to me "you can't post links" so i just want to know something about this mod:

 

Is immersive citizens really safe? right now i'm dealing with CTD after getting to ivarstead and I read that this mod is extremely a pain in the ass because although for me it looks great but can cause issues if you play more

It's safe, but if you have a lot of mods installed it can sometimes be just a little too much for weaker computers to handle the extra load.

I really think my problem is script heavy mods but still I don't want to mess with my mods in case i can save them

Well script heavy mods are a problem even on powerful computers, all you can do is try not to add too many at once till you see how each successive mod install goes.

 

As a matter of interest, are you using the latest version 0.23 of Immersive Citizens that was released about 10 days ago, or are you still on version  0.21?

I'm still using the old version (0.21)
