I hope your dog knows where to do his business, otherwise you'll be the one cleaning it up

 

what I was thinking was adding in the ability for the player and NPCs to defecate, maybe even making the poop consumable and throw-able

There are definitely some people interested in scat play and other extreme fetishes being put into Fallout4. But as far as I know we have pretty much nobody interested who is also capable of modding. Will just have to wait and seeing if anything like the old private needs or bakedbeans skyrim mods gets added in.

A shit launching fatboy or junk jet would be kind of hilarious. There's already one on the nexus that launches babies.

It could be called "The Scatapult" and would use a modified Queen Mirelurk acid projectile.
