Ok, i installed this mod again, made sure that i have installed all requirements, uninstalled MNC (no clue why i had installed that, i'm not into sex with animals) and loaded a game, saved it again and cleaned it, then i loaded the game again.

 

Then i went to Borlum (the Carriagedriver near Whiterun) and started the S.L.U.T.S. quest, everything was fine until i told Borlum that i am ready for a haul.

 

He said "Let me see what I've got" and then he did....nothing, nothing at all. I waited 10 minutes RL time and he did nothing, then i started to tell him that i'm ready over and over again, he always responded "Let me see what I've got" and nothing happened.

 

I then checked the papyrus log to see if i would see any error message (i saw many error messages, most are from Defeat and XPMSE 3.21....someone told me i should upgrade the skeleton from 3.13 to 3.21 because v3.13 would spam the papyrus log.....hell, v3.21 spams even more, way more), but no error messages from this mod.

 

I have no clue why the driver does nothing.

On the other hand (so to speak) imagine where your hands would be if you were spreading ass-cheeks :)

 

Of course, by that stage, there's no reason not to have multiple overlapping ones.

 

I'm actually surprised those lines aren't more faded than they appear. The tats should (are!) arrplying over the top of them. I can certainly add in some green smudges and denser blotches of dirt to simulate it. That would make the dirt and handprints more or less useless without the livery, of course. I suppose I could do two versions. Come to think of it, I'm already going to do a set of dirt textures, a set of handprint one and a combination set to save slots. I can add the livery damage to the combined one.

I'll be extremely happy if I can use the dirt and handprints without the livery......... normally for mods like this (mostly incomplete, alpha/beta versions) I add the mod when I want to experience the content but to avoid breaking my save game file I remove it when I'm done and go back to the save before I added the mod.

 

For some like Quick as You Like for example I will sometimes add the gear and make a run without the mod installed so that my char keeps the experiences rather than loses them (when I load the old save). On my latest QAYL run that I did, I was adding the handprints manually after a few encounters.

 

Looking forward to when I'll have to use a bathing mod to remove the handprints and dirt :)

Ok, could solve my problem, i simply forgot to install slavetats, i had it downloaded but not installed xD

 

But now i have a new problem, Bjorlam in Whiterun sent me to Markarth, the driver there then sent me to Solitude, but on the way i met 1 female Forsworn, she raped my PC and after that the cart was being detached, so i activated it again after the rape and the cart simply poofed. Then i ran without a cart to Solitude, but the driver there told me that he had to charge me if i couldn't bring him the cart.

 

The problem is that i have no dialog option to continue, he doesn't charge me (he removed the gag), he doesn't remove the yoke and i can't talk to him about the charge or a new job, he just has the vanilla dialog option which means i am stuck.

the driver doing nothing as opposed to casting a spell that doesn't attach the cart is starting to lead to new issues now you're not dealing with skeletons...

unfortunately there's enough mods there I can't determine what's stopping up your dlc content, possibly some overhasul mods or something you removed from a running save, but that's only guessing... anyway here's what I've found:

post a screen shot of your xpmse mcm then attempt to repair or remove those other mods, but not sure what to do about that dlc content, this save may be corrupt already

I'll be extremely happy if I can use the dirt and handprints without the livery......... normally for mods like this (mostly incomplete, alpha/beta versions) I add the mod when I want to experience the content but to avoid breaking my save game file I remove it when I'm done and go back to the save before I added the mod.

 

For some like Quick as You Like for example I will sometimes add the gear and make a run without the mod installed so that my char keeps the experiences rather than loses them (when I load the old save). On my latest QAYL run that I did, I was adding the handprints manually after a few encounters.

 

Looking forward to when I'll have to use a bathing mod to remove the handprints and dirt :)

It really needs the head textures before the dirt is usable. I do have some in place, but they're too smooth and it just looks like suntan. I'll definitely have separate versions of the dirt and prints available. I'd probably use them separately too if this was someone else's mod

 

Bathing mod ... mzin_ tells me there'll be support in the next release of Bathing in Skyrim. I might do an interim patch for BiS if I'm ready ahead of that point.

 

But now i have a new problem, Bjorlam in Whiterun sent me to Markarth, the driver there then sent me to Solitude, but on the way i met 1 female Forsworn, she raped my PC and after that the cart was being detached, so i activated it again after the rape and the cart simply poofed. Then i ran without a cart to Solitude, but the driver there told me that he had to charge me if i couldn't bring him the cart.

 

The vanishing cart is a problem that I need to look at. As is the "I lost my cart" scene. I need to look at both of them.

No, I don't think it's supposed to make sounds. At least, I didn't put any in there. Then again, I didn't make the cart and I usually develop with the sound off so if there was I might not have noticed.

 

It's something to think about though. It would be good if there was some noise from the thing.

 

I wonder if there's any from the wagons on the opening scene...

hate to say you have too many mods as I've heard that's not really possible but that's what it looks like here....

not really the number of mods that's causing it, but what those mods are doing when you get mods that modify the dlc content from the game it's like pulling a loose thread and having the whole sheet unravel

1 of the things I've been wrapping my head about is what is uskp...seems to come up in soo many logs with busted content, looking at your load order there's 1 that could be initialed that way and it occurred to me that's the Unofficial SKyrim Patches that  ashal so highly recommends

next that dd realistic ragsdolls and force maybe chack the site sometime I think those might do the same thing

another ideais after you after had loot sort your mods, move your armor mods so they're in between scripted mods

start with the known scripted mods, sticking an armor mod in between 2 scripted mods then when you're done with that put what's left of the armor mods in between the unknown mods - this gives some breathing room for the mods to load better

What can i say?

The game runs fine, even this mod runs fine.

The only mods which changes anything from the dlc's are one which changes the ai of all npc's, one which changes the look of some npc's and one which changes the level requirement of some quests (this way i can hinder Vampires to bother me with level 10 and the cultists of Miraak will not bother me after i came back from the Greybeards, that Quest will be activated later), but the content of the dlc's is unchanged (of course i don't know what USKP does to that content, but i can't avoid the USKP, because many Mods require them to be installed).

 

I can't remove so many Mods, because most of them are just requirements of the mods which i want to use.

 

Well and about the Modding Guide....i don't want to use Mod Organizer, i don't see which advantage this would be for me.

 

I use NMM since years without any problems.

I have read about the features of MO and these are nice, but i don't need them (i won't buy a Swiss Knife if i only need to cut something and will never use the hundreds of tools which are built-in too).

I gave this a try, and I must say that I really like it. I particularly like the tongue-in-cheek humour in the starting quest and overly casual manner in which the carriage drivers conduct their business, especially when successfully completing a job and

finding yourself naked without any items and being told to walk all the way back. It's for your own good, really!

As an added bonus, this mod thematically complements hydragorgon's slave girls mod very well.

I also had a perfect idea: When you complete a run successfully, you should be given a carrot as a reward.

 

 

In-depth Feedback:



Bugs - I didn't actually run into anything particularly game-breaking:

I'm also experiencing the multiple manifest bug. I've noticed that when it occurs, the quest only updates when the second manifest is given by the driver, and I also have a manifest equipped on me before being given one (for a total of 3).

The cart physics are understandably wonky and could use some tweaking. I've accidentally killed actors that I've walked too close to, and I've also had the cart get held back by an object caught on the space below the cart and slingshot forward to damage me. Ideally, the collision box would be refined so that sufficiently small objects pass under it without problem.

You may consider removing the previous cart before assigning a new load when chaining jobs (starting a new job without taking a break) and then summoning a new one, as it would probably help with fixing any alignment issues that crop up.

Strangely, I had a randomly-spawned roadside skooma dealer be aggressive to me when delivering a cart, but another which was not when I was not delivering a cart. I am using Skooma Whore, so it's possible that there is some conflict. I'll report back if/when I come across another.

The last bugs I have to report are just the inevitable spelling and grammatical errors that come with any mod early in its development:

Note: I started the quest with Bjorlam, the carriage driver outside of Whiterun, and so for the first four points here, I'm talking about the dialogue from prior to the first run.

  • Bjorlam says "and incentivisment" when he should say "an incentivisement".
  • The player responds that he probably means "incite" when they should probably say "incitement".
  • Bjorlam says "offering violence to a fellow employee" when he should say "implicating the perpetration of violence towards a fellow employee" or something similar.
  • It would make more sense if the "What's the pay like?" response line didn't use parentheses and instead had the phrase "which I'm sure you will" following a comma.
  • Bjorlam's line about adjusting the bridle (Hey not so fast line) is missing a period.

Suggestions:
You may want to disable the random struggles and animated events (tripping) associated with the worn gear when currently tethered; they seem a bit out of place when hooked to a cart.

You could modify the model of the cart so that the seat looks like a standard chest that is closed, and when it gets looted, the chest could look as if the lid were ajar to represent the broken seal the drivers mention.

For those who use needs mods, it would be great if there were a check for the current in-game time when being forced to run another cart, and if it is between say 8:00 P.M. and 5:00 A.M., the player could choose to be untethered, given some food and drink (which would have to be worked off), and allowed to sleep on a nearby pile of hay for the night (with the ZaZ leash on to ensure they don't wander off).

Job Benefits: After running a certain number of carts, the carriage drivers might be so kind as to give the player some ragged trousers or a roughspun tunic to wear on their trip back to their escrow chest. Maybe even two carrots if they're feeling especially generous. The price of the clothing could be docked from the pay in the escrow chest (with some markup for the service of its provision).

But now i have a new problem, Bjorlam in Whiterun sent me to Markarth, the driver there then sent me to Solitude, but on the way i met 1 female Forsworn, she raped my PC and after that the cart was being detached, so i activated it again after the rape and the cart simply poofed. Then i ran without a cart to Solitude, but the driver there told me that he had to charge me if i couldn't bring him the cart.

The vanishing cart is a problem that I need to look at. As is the "I lost my cart" scene. I need to look at both of them.

i had it once where the cart was upside down in the ground when loading a save it managed to clip onto the player but didnt do it until the follower got out the way

 

also doc any chance you can mod it slightly on 1 run there was a bandit got caught between me and the cart so i was towing the bandit getting killed the area between the player and 2 poles and cart can get hostiles stuck in it and they can kill the player off if the player cant get them out or doesnt have a follower with them that can shoot since the players bound up they cant fight back to the hostile thats trapped if the follower is behind the cart they cant hit the hostile due to it blocking there shot

There is sometimes if you use Touring Carriages (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/38529/?) and other locations as well. Can't remember exactly in vanilla, I think you can only get off there.

 

Somewhat off-topic, but do you use Touring Carriages, then? I'd love to, but the author's sticky rather stresses the mod's utter incompatibility with Schlongs of Skyrim and HDT...

 

 

Yes, it's what got me into modding in the first place. I don't use SOS but I do use HDT without problems. You do need this mod to fix things though http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/46703/?which stops the cart flipping around.

ya, he states that mo is still optional even for his project, i'd guess it's recommended for easier methods of debugging problems like you were having for so long now

after a lot of skimming thru it I found there's quite a lot more to it than just mo, there's skse settings to boost performance along with some enb settings that are amazing, but you'll have to watch the requirements carefully to follow those he's got an awesome video card

Yeah, that one particularly bugs me. The trouble is I'm starting a forcegreet inside a scene, and the engine thinks that action is over as soon as the first line is spoken. So that means that the conditions to check for manifest and bridle get evaluated before they can be handed over.What I might try is testing to see if the driver is still talking to the player. I can stop the phase from stopping until the conversation is over and then my condition flags should work for the next phase and you won't see the second manifest after that.I think the same problem is behind some of the other timing issues people have reported on scenes so if this works, I might be able to clear up a few annoyances in short order.I agree with you about most of the cart issues. I probably can't do much about the collision but I'll what I can do when it comes to changeover. I need to look at that side of things as well. Lot of debugging still to do really.I've fixed most of the dialogue issue you pointed out. I think I'll keep the "incite" line as it is for now. I want to think about that one a bit more.Random struggles ... I'll think about it. I sort of like the fact that you can be outrunning the bandits and suddenly, whoops! That said, it's easy enough done. Or maybe change them for something a little more in keeping. I tried the chest thing and it looked fine, but made it a [b[lot[/b] harder to hitch up to the cart. I think I messed something up in nifskope. I have a lot to learn about that program.I have plans for needs mods users. Once I get these tats sorted out the cart instability is job one. I'd do it now, but I want to get this bit nailed down while it's all in mind.

ZaZ is the fellow you need to ask about cart issues. What I try and do in that situation is back up and either try and get them out of the prongs, or failing that speed up again and see if I can beat them to death with the cart.It's true though; it's a lot harder to get from A to B in this than it is in QAYL

I've made two successful trips, from Riften to Windhelm, from Windhelm to Markarth.  (holy crap that was a long one) and didn't lose the cart once.  I even took the cart down a mountain!  At one point the cart flipped, but it righted itself with a little bit of maneuvering.

 

I thought that was a pretty good success rate. 

 

Would it be possible to add a quest marker on the cart so that if does get detached it's easier to find?  What if a cart that isn't tethered for a length of time (whether upside down at the bottom of a river or otherwise bugged/stuck) is simply declared lost?  Give the player a dialog option to admit they weren't strong enough to recover it.

Ok, quest started fine. Equipment appeared fine on char, chars wrists we're only "put in place in the yoke" when i actually moved the cart - not sure if that can be fixed or is intentional. Maybe a reference in the chat "let me adjust your bridle, oh almost forgot your wrists".

 

Char was sent from Whiterun to Riften, lost the cart during an attack. I got DA returned nearby, walked back to the spot - no cart. Quest told me to go to riften, subsequent attacks keep telling me the cart is being raided. Is there a way to retrieve it? or as someone else suggested a quest marker could be added for when it's not equipped.

 

Good work on the mod, thankyou. Found the best way to avoid wolves, is to keep moving and wait for the cart to run them over.

Haven't played all the way through this mod, trying to add compatibility without spoiling myself too much looking through the esp for something to detect.

 

Trying to prevent DE from working, or at least the enslave part, while the player is busy with a cart. Don't want to spoil myself as to what the other quests do, so I can't implement quest specific detection. Globals don't seem specific enough, Can't see any storageutil variables other than reading SD compatibility.

 

Player isn't in any of the four factions during the first quest, and the slavery and mission keywords are missing from the player and the items the player is wearing. I don't know where else to find the keywords than to use WornHasKeyword and HasKeyword, some of the restraints have a sluts specific keyword, but can I assume the player is only wearing those during those kinds of events?

 

Tattoo detection seems the best if the player has their tattoos removed after every mission, can I expect this to be the case for the whole mod or is there a quest where the player is tatooed but not locked down and generally un-enslavable?

 

Is there a better way to detect when the player is busy with Skyrim Licensed Universal Transport Service?

the tats are wearable thru the tats menu if they decide they like the tats off the mission, but the gag is specific to sluts with special coding, i'd recommend if you must detect it by the worn keyword, look for the sluts gag or bridle

-actually for that matter he needs to find out how to mark that as a quest item so other mods don't accidentally break the quest by removing that

Hmm...i wonder. Is it possible to remove the gloves or make them optional in the mcm?

 

You see, all the devices from dd have no Bodyslide files, which means they fit only if you really use a CBBE or UNP body.

The yoke is no problem and the boots either, but the gloves. The arms of my PC glitch through them.

 

I don't use the CBBE body, i use a Bodyslide body based on CBBE (the Rosa Roundbottom body) and the only mod which contains Bodyslide files for dd is outdated and not really compatible.

@verstort: Tats are probably not long-term reliable. Easiest thing might be if I add a "sluts_working" faction for when they're pulling the cart or stabled under orders.

 

@CliftonJD: I was just going to let the player remove stuff and then fine them for being out of uniform :) You can't pull the cart without the yoke, so people will want to hang on to that

 

@buffmutti: I can do. I was thinking about a json file where all the outfit forms are kept. Those keywords are going to be a problem though. I can make a minimal sluts.esm easy enough, but t seems a shame for the sake of the few keywrords and factions that might be useful.

 

I wonder if a community keyword mod would be practical.
