Looking for this, the BDO Venia Riding Attire.

 

Download link on that page you showed works fine for me, where it says

 

BDO Riding Atire, on the right of the page is the naver link, just below that is two boxes, one a blue search type icon in it, just below that is another box, with a (1) in brackets next to some text, click on that 1 and it should drop down a box, at the left of the box is file icon with venia.7z going to the right you can see some text with pc inside it, click on that link and it should download the file.
