Installed the latest version HDT PE and hdt.xml, hdtPhysicsExtensions.dll and hdtPhysicsExtensionsDefaultBBP.xml from one author. Use CBBE HDT body. I added a collision using NifSkope in femalebody.nif. Periodically, one or both of the breasts remain in this position:

Return them to the normal position rather difficult. It is possible as that correct?
