PC and NPC don't start any animation, Creatures do....

i got installed more nasty critters and it's requirements and i can't get any animation reguarding pc or npc starting, creatures do the animation loop but pc and npc stand in idle animation

It does not look like a valid installation of Skyrim.

Are you sure it is the original game from Steam?

does it matter ? i got skyrim day 1 on steam and paid a lot, i don't want to spend more money on dlc that are required for mods and never play them...
