Invisible dead bodies?

I am having this problem like described in this thread

I've tried to install and overwrite xpms skeletton and schlongs in different order but the only difference is that sometime there is penis along with hand feet and head and sometimes theres no penis. I don't really want to take another skeletton. Funny thing is before this I had xpms skeletton with schlongs installed and it worked fine now for some reasons the bodies are invisible?
