SkyIndent Stopped running?

So I do most my coding in Notepad++ and naturally I turned to creationkit.com's excellent guide on setting it up for papyrus. That was a long time ago and one of the better features was the "source code beautifier" or skyindent. However, just recently (I believe it was either after updating NP++ or a plugin for it) SkyIndent no longer runs from the shortcut. I've completely reinstalled everything on the way to getting it to run again but no matter what I do it will not run from NP++

 

Has anyone else run into this problem? Is it something on my end? Did NP++ change how it executes lua scripts?
