** New to FNV - need mod help / directions

**  Hi, everyone.

I've played Fallout 3 a while ago and loved it!

 

Got Fallout New Vegas recently & heard about all the great mods available (especially the adult ones)!

 

I would love to install mods into the game but a lot of it is over my head.  (still new)

 

Installed Fallout Mod Manager (FOMM)

 

*I know this is a big ask, but...*

 

I would love to get a step-by-step guide to installing the mods & more importantly a list of good mods (reccommendations)

-would like to include: FNV Sexual Innuendo (I think there are a few addons?),  Playthings?  , 

Sexout (will look into that one - many addons?) - a good companion mod (adult)

* This is getting a bit muddled - but basically a list of reccommended mods , how to install, and a working load order - all would be much appreciated!!

 

* May add to this later once I browse through the other mods.

Sexout is far better then innuendo, and its easy to install if you get my compilation pack so it would be easier for you.

I have a quick question:

 

I can install mods "innuendo" and her sisters or start a conflict with your "Sexout" and sisters so it is impossible to do it?
