Looking for mod creator to discuss possible new mod

I am looking for anyone that might be interested in creating a new mod that is more directed to the bi/gay male skyrim residents. Might just be a good idea to throw your ideas out there, given all the different aspects of modding, it would make it easier for any willing modders browsing over this to know if they can help you.
