Racemenu slider not working....

I recently downloaded SOS full + Racemenu + XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended and got those 3 mods working fine except for 1 thing:

 

when i'm customizing my character , under the "genitals" tab , i see sliders for left and right scrotum , but they don't change anything , i'd like to know can i change left and right scrotum individually but i don't know how... if anyone could help.

Just wondering, are you using a custom race? RaceMenu always gives me troubles when I do.

Nuts can't be edited seperate, no mesh of SoS/SAM/otherwise supports it currently.

No just regular Nord (male)
