Problem with Hentai Pregnancy

I cant run Heantai Pregnancy. In fact I can run it but belly not expand.

Sounds to me like the body doesn't support belly growth.

And it supports it.

 

So my question have you run LOOT on your load order, have you run Bodyslide properly, did you run Fnis?

 

You only show us your mods not your actual load order.

Ok I did fix it.

Problem was with Tempress race I change it on Nord and it now works.

In that case you can try to replace the racemods bodymeshes and texture with the ones from your CBBE body. In most cases this works fine, but you might get some clipping on race-specific armor if the types don't match, e.g. copying over CBBE meshes to an UNP race.
