4 to 5+ years from now it might happen but there will not be something like any of them let alone any really good working mods till the game has been out for awhile and the bugs hammered out and it depends also on the limits of the games engine.

These things are slow to arrive, but they will eventually.  This site is proof that porn is a universal trait.

What I wonder about is the types of mods.  Fallout 3 and New Vegas had somewhat limited mods of the type we look for, where as oblivion had some flexibility and Skyrim went rather nuts.  In a good way.  I wonder how much of the fallout mods were based on the setting (firearms preventing easy subdues, far fewer humans in general and females in particular, etc) and how much was due to the engine.  If Fallout 4 allows for more flexibility, we will likely see armor and skin mods within a few months, and a fully 'interactive' mod within a year.  The quality will be questionable, of course, but it will improve with time.

In the meantime, back to the hype machine!
