Character deformation issues HDT

So I reloaded a few mods with pregnancy support, now when I crouch my character body "waist" is compressed into her back and has some spiky points that come up threw the body. I've retraced my steps and reloaded everything I did I can't seem to find where the issue is coming from. Can someone help me out? I've run FNIS and checked for the obvious but I think I'm missing something. Any help?

Reinstall skeleton. sometimes something just goes wrong with body deformations, a fresh skeleton tends to work.

Yeah I'm betting that is the issue. with 250 mods it's hard to remember what all does what to what.

 

I really hope the next version of ES or fallout has a much smoother system.
