NPCs stuck in a T position

Hi guys.. I remember using this mod before and now I want to start using it again. The skyrim says 1.9.32 something something so I think its up to date but I think I screwed up the FNIS installation this time cause the NPCs and My character are stuck in a T position and only my character can move. When I press update FNis for users, it says 2 warnings.. Whats going on ??

 

FTR I tried using NMM to install and I also tried manually (copy and paste manually) with the same result. I also only have one mod on for now which is "MatchMaker"

why would you screw FNIS installation if it's a simple drag into Data folder?

When characters are stuck like this it's because you didn't run FNIS, check the first 2 boxes (GENDER animations + SKELETON arm fix) and it should be ok.

That is not the whole FNIS output since it is missing FNIS version number, skyrim version number and location as well as the second warning.
