No Werewolf animation

hi guys i got a problem,

like the titel says i have no werewolf animation wehn i transform i get the transform animation but after that, i can only run around but have no animation at all, heres a screen

the wolf stays in this position, i cant attack but can move and jump for some reason but with no animation.

i do have the moonlight tales mod and if i deinstall the mod the game crashes after i open the magic menu, i did a topic for that crash aswell (http://www.loverslab.com/topic/42262-magic-menu-crash/)
