I will explain now, Backsteppo as far as I know is only active with Skyrim... and is still active on Skyrim Nexus.... I have attempted many times to contct gim but with no luck in getting a reply.. I will continue however to do this.

OK according to Backsteppo I am free to do as I please with his old mods, just waiting for the OK from Nexus as that is the only hosting site I can think of with no download limits...
