As much as I love this armor, I hate the default body proportions it entails. I tried using the modder's resource to get the included CBBE version, but I've found it to be impossible. Nif file conversions from blender is impossible unless you have an old version along with a few other programs, and the older version is incompatible with the blend file you provided.

I hope to see a fix for this some day. This is one of the better armor mods out there.

I second this. Fantastic idea, bad body proportions.

Good news: CBBE is now supported. The option should be an available option if you click "Download".

I have this problem with this Tentacle Armor  :-/

oh_oh.jpg

Body - Trepleen-Daie HDT CBBE body + Vagina2.1 + XPMSE v2.33 Collision XML

You need the rest of the files included in the trepleen package, included the xml. The vagina is flipping around because its not tied to any bone in your skeleton, this is the labor of the .xml.

Wow, that is amazingly hot, would love to see more of this stuff, especially if it could be animated as well, like having the tentacles moving around just while you're wearing it :)

And perhaps integration with Aroused, so when you wear it it increases your arousal. Maybe even as a Devious Device, where it can't be removed unless you meet certain conditions/have something to remove it with.

Would love all of that, and also the thought crosses my mind that there could be a lower body half added to it as well, with tentacles in some more private areas, could work well if animations for it get done as well :)

I would really love to see this come to fruition!!!! Id definitely download it.

File Name: Tentacle Armor

File Submitter: DixiePig

File Submitted: 03 Dec 2014

File Category: Armor & Clothing

Requires: XP32 Maximum Skeleton -XPMS

This is a modders resource, provided free of context.

Included is an .esp that allows it to be added to your game via the console.

Requirements: An HDT compatible skeleton, such as the XP32 Maximum Skeleton -XPMS

Recommended: Manga Body or CBBE body

Installation:

-requires an HDT compatible skeleton

-extract to your Skyrim installation folder

-in-game, type "help tentacle" into the console. Find the formID of the armor "tentacle armor"

-type "player.additem [formID] 1" into the console, replacing [formID] with the formID

Three versions are provided:

-One for CBBE body,

-Two for the MANGA body: the tentacleArmorAlternate version has a tentacle between the breasts, the base version does not.

Also included is the "tentacleArmorResources" archive which contains the blender 2.72 and photoshop files used to make this resource, for anyone who may wish to modify it. The resources are provided under the Attribution 4.0 Creative Commons license, which basically means that you may use it however you wish, including commercially, provided that you credit the original author.

I hope that you find it useful or entertaining. If you use it as a resource in your own project, I would love to hear about it.

Thanks to the community of Loverslab, and especially jacques00.

Hey DixiePig,

I am wanting to load up the resource in Blender and have a play around with it, can you tell me how you managed to include the default body as well as the armour nif?

Also, would changing it be as simple as altering the meshes and textures then exporting it?

If you want to edit the textures check out the .psd file, editing that and exporting to .dds should be fairly straightforward.

If you want to edit the mesh, all my work is in the .blend file. Exporting from blender to Skyrim is quite tedious and I recommend you first try a tutorial on it.

(The resource .blend should be saved in legacy format, which would allow you to append to blender 2.49 for exporting to .nif. If you need any clarification feel free to send me a pm. Good luck.)
