(Request/Idea) Dragonqueen Race

Hi All

 

Was looking through some of my fantasy pics this afternoon and found a fantastic pic that i think would look great as a race in skyrim

Was wondering what people think and if anyone would be up for making it a race mod (with SevenBase Body if pos ;-) )

There are already Argonian-Human Hybrids out there which could serve as a base for such a race.
