017333 Posted April 14, 2016 Share Posted April 14, 2016 Hey Kritta, I know this would add to your workload so it's just an idea for maybe a future add-on, but would you be able to add a part for modding the Lykaios to look like Red XIII's race from Final Fantasy 7? The only thing that would be needed for the Lykaios to look like them is the tail really, since the hair.ect you've been working on from what I can see would already be suitable enough. I remembered you mentioning about adding parts for people to mix and match to create other species, so would a tail like this one be able to be added as well? I don't expect the fire on it to be animated, just a shape that looks like it would be fine enough. I already have made a lion tail, was intended for my Khajiit overhaul. hheh, can upload it as an optional add on if you like. I'm actually a little more interested in this, partly due to its comparative ease as opposed to finishing up the Lykaios as a whole? It could make a good appetizer if you wanted to release something less consequential first in the meantime. But, I'm just assuming about the workload. As far as I know, nobody else has made a lion tail for the Khajiit. There are some pretty good mods out in the wild to customize their appearance that, when combined with this, would create an authentic effect. For example, Catlike Khajiit (can be difficult to source; was taken down but re-uploaded elsewhere) offered a face mesh that was shaped a lot more like a lions, and there are some Khajiit compatible hair mods that basically have manes. Couple that with Grimoas Plantigrade claws/feet and Bad Dogs Hoodies, and you have a Khajiit that comes very close to looking like it was built from scratch as a completely custom lion race VS vanilla. Really, the tail is the only missing thing from what already exists out there. Link to comment

I could, but It uses different UV texture maps which won't work with any other skin textures and I dont have time yet to finish making a new set of textures for the tail. krittakitty Posted April 20, 2016 Share Posted April 20, 2016 I just looked at the template for SOS retooled to check that they wont already work, I'm not sure what I'm looking at there though. SOS body with the low poly vanilla feet? I have my UV maps set up so that I only need ONE male texture for three different body UV maps and not have any visible seams (SOS, VANILLA, and my Anthro body). I've already made a plantigrade version of the foot mesh with claws which will get installed with the mod anyway (unless you choose the digi version). I would be a lot of effort for me to go back and re-make the foot textures to match the low poly vanilla feet. Link to comment

Taven Posted April 20, 2016 Share Posted April 20, 2016 Yeah for some reason imgur links don't always work when linked here, but if you right click the links and hit Open in new tab or window it should show up I found that I had to copy the links, then paste it in the address bar to get it to show up. Seems like Imgur doesn't like LL too much. You can also open the page with the image in it, right-click the page and choose view image info. In the next-to-top menu, find the selection that says image, and click on it. Now exit out of that menu, and reload the page with the image you opened, and the image -SHOULD- show up. I've done this on Firefox, maybe Chrome will be the same way. Link to comment

Because if not it'll stretch to the realms of oblivion if incompatible. xD Just as an idea Kritta, you could tweak the current version of XPMSE/XP32 skeleton's legs to the way you like, which would make it compatible with both HDT vagina's and SOS...not to mention keep all the nice weapon positions that come with XPMSE....considering the mod started out as a better schlong for males anyway this is what I already assumed you'd be doing. So will you be making the digi-legs for females the same way? Or will it be a new skeleton you make yourself? Link to comment
