Whats the TopMods for Fallout 3?

Hi, how the title is: whats the top mods for fallout 3 now? found a list of mods in this forum and on nexus, but all in all they works like sh**.

 

The biggest problem, is that its not possibly to infer the mods. So could anyone give me list of good mods they work together?

Considering no one is able to define your taste for you, i'd suggest getting your butt off the chair and look for whatever you like yourself, since there isn't even concrete information given about what kind of mod/s you're looking for, weapon, character, textures, npcs etc, you know all that.
