Followers aren't following me.

Ok so for some reason whenever i talk to my follower and say "Follow me for adventure!" they say "I'm right behind you." or etc.  But when I run off they don't follow me, I even tried doing "show playerfollowercount" and it says 0 followers are following me. It happens with every follower every time.  Any ideas of what it is?

what follower mod are you using  ?

what custom followers are you using ?

what do you use to install the mods ?

what do you use to sort your esm and esp load order

what is your load order ?

when did it start messing up, did you install any new followers right before that ?

 

there are several bad custom follower mods that will break the followers ability to follow you.
