Question about general rape mods.

I'm debating which mod I want to install for an effect other than simply dying and reloading . I've read some information about sanguine's debauchery, and the two sexlab ones defeat and submit.

 

I think I've settled on submit but I'm wondering do any of these mods or is there a mod where if your character gets raped there's a chance the npc will kill you anyway? Specific I know, but I'm curious.

 

Also can submit run with sanguine? Has anyone tried it?

Defeat already has a pretty high default chance of getting killed after rape since the rapist often ends up hitting your character while she's still trying to get on her feet after sex, which is pretty much 50-50 odds of survival unless she's a tank. You already got what you're looking for there.

As for mixing SD and submit, I never do so I dunno.

I'm a bit confused, so they'll still be hostile afterwards and attack then stop being hostile once you're up again?
