Powder Gangers - transparent part of pants

Hello, I am not sure if this is Sexout related bug, so first I'm going to try luck in this thread. 
 
Some of powder gangers outfits, specifically pants, are partly transparent. You can see what I am talking about in attached picture. 
 
First question is, if anyone had same problem?
 
In armors folder, there are no modified outfits for powder ganger males.  All mods that modifies powder gangers in some way are rather sexout, female related. Any ideas where to start?

 

EDIT: After some investigation, it only happens in interiors.

could you check if inside Fallout NewVegas\Data\meshes\armor\powdergang\ you have some files?

Only powdergang01_f.nif, powdergang02_f.nif, powdergang03_f.nif, powdergang04_f.nif.

 

Deleting them didn't work. After seeing that it only happens inside buildings I thought that maybe it has something with Interior Lighting Overhaul. But after disabling this mod, issue still exists.

Looks like the issue is right on top of the dismemberment areas.

It was looking like a hole in the mesh to me, but at this point I really don't know. If it's not some weird transparency of ENB (which I've never seen on characters, only on things), or something involving skeleton / animations (does it happen even to those standing up on feet? these two are sitting down), I have really no other clue, sorry

That's what I was thinking.

 

Rev, roll a male character (or use the sex change command) and see if the same issue appears on your character.  Change outfits and see if it still re-occurs if you have an issue with the pants on your character.

 

I'd bet the dismemberment texture for legs has some kind of issue.

Didn't have to change gender. Killed one of powder gangers, took his armor and same thing happened to my female. 

 

I'm going to extract textures via FOMM but no idea what to do next We'll see..

I think that Loogie you're right. This is how textures looks like: (extracted from Fallout - textures.bsa)

 

So.. is it only me? Could somebody send me his textures so I can override the broken ones?

 

EDIT 2:  That was it. Modified texture using clone tool in GIMP and gangers legs are looking much better now. However it's poorly done So I would be grateful for original ones.

I more think the texture is correct, it's the mesh UV which has problems (so the nif file). That "cut" should be present on one of the powder ganger's outfits, the one with "shorts" (they have cutted pants). Painting it would mean changing the texture of the shorts, anyway if you meet one of them you should notice it
