Cant download any more files?

I just started using this site, and thought I would get familure with some of the mods here before I started posting.
But after a couple of files it started to give me this error.

You may not download any more files until your other downloads are complete

Now the thing is, I waited till each download I started finished before I started the next, so this confuses me utterly.
Any help would be wonderful, thank you ahead of time.

Hmm, strange. I have never had that issue. Have you tried closing your browser and/ or restarting your computer? I know, not a very helpful reply, but still

Browser yes, computer no, I'll give it a shot and get back to you in a few minutes.

0_o Okay... well then... I guess if it works it works... Restarting my PC was the trick... odd but good results.
