Short answer: you can't.

 

Long answer: you sort of can, but only if you make your own animation/pose for your specific sims. Keep in mind that the animations available for download are made using sim models with very specific proportions. Because of this, using the poses/animations in-game with sims that have proportions that differ from the ones used in Blender could cause clipping in certain areas, namely the breasts, hips, chest, legs, and even some hairstyles. Going into S4S isn't gonna change anything, you'd have to change the .blender file itself – which isn't going to be available to you anyway. 

 

If you want to make your own poses/animations, TurboDriver and Redabyss have tutorials available on this site that'll instruct you on how to do that. It can be frustrating, and you'll have to test them in-game to see if they work properly, but it can also be quite satisfying once you get everything working properly.

Thanks keylee! Now.. How does that skin works? I unzipped the file and appears two folders: One for MAC OSX and another one for Windows... Inside that windows folder there are 5 files (4 .package and 1 .DS_STORE) Which files do I have to select to paste it in my Mods folder?
