In depth animation similar to AG3

Hi all, I've played Artificial Girl 3 (AG3) back a while ago, and specifically enjoyed one of its feature which allows the player to take full control of ur character's movements during coitus, for anyone who havnt played AG3, the feature dosent just grant the player with a button to control the speed like many other games, rather it allows the player take the intercourse in manual mode, which make characters to react to the movements of our mouse, and it just came up to me out of blue that could it be possible for the elderscroll or fallout franchise to adapt similar interacting feature?
