No it can't be done as the TOS for Warframe does not allow it.

GMOD and Steamworkshop is full of the ripped content , then why not.

I'm not a fanboy, I'd just want to know if it can be done. and If anyone can do it.

You tell  the whole world that Paris and Paris Prime[at least] don't deserve getting sent into Skyrim because of their good looks and I doubt everyone will agree with you.

Besides, ripped things include the last DMC. And that's not as pretty as DMC4.

I'm not an expert. That's why this is a request thread.

The "Armors" you speak of wouldn't work, as they are not armor at all, maybe the helmets but the actual Frame is an entire 1 piece, would have to be completely made from scratch.

So, the meshes can't be imported.
