It was fun at first, but now i'm bored of the situation. My character have hard time with her left leg. Sometime, she's having a rigid limping left leg, sometime her left knee stay folded (like when you have a foot on a rock, for example). I have replaced the skeletton but it doesnt fix my issue. Anyone got a idea about this? :s

On top of what nyaallich stated...

Prep:

  • Back up your saves. Perhaps make a hard save named TEST.
  • Backup your FOMM Directory. You can return later if needed. Keep the mods safe.
  • Verify the cache in Steam. Make sure the game is tip top and not corruption or problems, updates and such.
  • Make sure you are using the FOMM provided for here on this site. Extender file may not work with other managers.

Testing besides giving nyaallich what she is requesting:

  • Go back in time to right before you noticed the animation problem. Is it still happening shortly after ? If so go back further.
  • If it isn't happening play from there the way you did before. Interact with others and see if it happens again later. Useful if trying to determine which mod might be the cause of the issue. Not guaranteed however still useful.
  • If it still happens with time on your TEST. Perhaps reactivate each of the mods and see if it is repeated. If so you will likely have to do a lot of diag. to find the problem.

Generally when I find a random glitch or problem it us usually a save or script issue that was not completed correctly. Returning to a previous save and playing forward usually resolves these issues. For the most part the mods here are heavily tested and pretty much zero conflicts with each other. Mods outside of Sexout is another matter all together.

Random occurrences on clean or confirmed saves that worked it has to be a mod in my opinion. The issue is which mod. Perhaps there are some experienced members here with the mods you are using or you can start to deactivate one (or properly group of reliant) mods at a time and see if it stops.

The problem is I don't believe you are using any animation mods so there shouldn't be any changes especially with walking unless it is one of your mods like the zombie one that is messing up. I imagine they don't walk very well.

Barring someone giving you a more direct solution disabling mod after mod is about the only choice I can see right now. Unless perhaps you are willing to check with FNVedit and see if there is some other mod affecting the walk/run animation? I don't know that animation so that might be difficult but you should be able to see various mods and what they overwrite and then help narrow it down that way as well.

Edit:

With the zombie mod can you get infected? If so perhaps you are infected or somehow the scripts are affecting you .

It's going to be hit and miss. You are lucky in that it happens quite quickly. If you get frustrated just deactivate all the mods and create a clean save. Then activate and test each one (or small group of mods that require each other like HUD mods as they likely won't be causing this) and move on and test another. It will take time but You will figure this out eventually.

Have you ever figured out what your mod limit is, Jezzy?  The advice that I've been spouting all weekend regards it.  Different systems have different mod limits.  Mine is exactly 100.  Many people have more than that ~140.  Deactivated mods do count towards that limit.  If you're using FOMM, perhaps uninstall some lesser important ones to check?  You can always make a merged mod of a bunch of the smaller ones that don't use MCM or new world spaces so that you can clean others out from there.

The only thing I can think of is the copy used was bad or corrupted if it was only the skeleton. Refresh a download of the skeleton, restore the old body and that should work. If not some mod that is being used is causing something to happen and just so happens that combo of mods is the cause. Rare indeed.
