New Nexus Mod with Potential? "Guild Starter"

I just stumbled across a very interesting new mod and I immediately wondered ... well, guess what....

Maybe an (experienced) modder could tap in and check with the mod creator if he would allow "adult extensions"....?

Anyway, just a thought I wanted to share.

Already using it. So far I've taken over Cracked Tusk Keep and I'm redecorating and filling it with eye candy. I'm not smart enough for a public mod, but I am eyeing this one closely.

I'm already thinking of a creature training guild

 

Where you and your guild mates "train" unsuspecting locals using creatures or themselves and then sell

the properly trained slaves for profit

I had been thinking of a something like a brothel "empire" with locations in all cities, once you made enough money.

There is a mod called "Real Estate" on Nexus which lets you buy almost all buildings and earn money through rent OR to kick out the previous tenant... so it would be possible to start as streetwalker/"barmaid+", earn your dough until you can afford a small house and receive clients (later you could rent it to one of your prostitutes who works from there), etc.

 

As on option hearthfire or BBL could be used to set up your special "palace of joys" somewhere in the countryside when you have enough reputation and ladies working for you...

To take a - in RL - sick turn, you're idea could even be plugged-in, maybe even with a crime level, like some low chance that someone recognizes one of the sex-slaves and notifies the authorities with some level of consequences...

 

ah damn, I wish I had some modding skills of any sort.... so, only dreaming remains for now :/

I nearly downloaded this one but, there weren't enough options of Guilds for you to create... it trully needs a sex/sexy version of it... thats for sure

Someone made a great mod for oblivion where the Mistress is training dogs in sex and sell them. Wish someone will make something similar for Skyrim. Sex training of horses and dogs. That would be awesome.
