I can't find them with erect and animation.

Bodies are merely just that, meshes and textures, it is very rare to find animations allready attached to the meshes for a body. Most likely this is a combination of body mods and as stated above a plug-in from the Sexout compilation. The skin on the male is definitly Breeze's work for Raiders. I have seen this it is called Tribal. It is found for Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas. This narrows it down to Fallout New Vegas, there is not a complete working Sexout for Fallout 3, to my knowledge as of this writting. If you download the full version of Breeze and all the "Optional" files you will find the Tribal texture in there.

Either Breeze's or Robert's body. That animation is from Amra's Sexout Animations so the erection is probably one of the fixes for whatever body that is.

He doesn't have those options anymore on the offical file for some reason.

I believe it is the patches at the bottom of the list. You still need the bodies themselves though, whichever one you choose to use.
