Beautiful "orc" women and how to make them

The thing i do is copy the femalehead_msn (im using sg textures) into the female orc texture folder as: femaleheadorc_msn

How exactly does one do that? Does that require a .bsa unpacker?

Go to the normal female texture folders (that you use for the base races) and copy the msn face files to the specific "..data/textures/actors/character/femaleorc" folder
