To answer you request - There was a mod called Pretty Crossbow Idles, but it seems to be hidden on Nexsus.

 

You could try a search on LL or maybe someone will upload it for you (I don't have it anymore)

those thight are not moded those are standard at unp body at 50% its probably becouse of the angle of the foto
