Your log file shows that you have HDT up and running, but it also shows that you never linked collision data via NiStringExtraData for Collision effects.

i double checked and did everything right this is how my nifs look

do a backup of your head and try that at attach, keep in mind i dnt use that anymore ,its just for test and its with name of hdt.xml so you need rename.

i dont know why but that worked... its the same nif as me but its reading off hdt.xml....
