"You've been trolled" and "trololololololol" appearing at the top left corner of your screen should've been a dead giveaway.

 

Don't worry. I drank one once....ONCE! I just knew it was going to be bad, but I did it anyway out of curiosity. Then didn't notice a change (in a clothed PC) so I kept on playing. I finally noticed what happened and had to load an older save. Never thought to try an essence of the dragon.

I know it sounds weird, but I had the same issue (changing from female of custom race to Nord male), but the hole was huge. Really, really huge

Until now, everything was working perfectly (including schlongs of 3rd parties).

 

Resetting SOS status didn't help, reinstalling SOS (along with skeleton, of course), too, so doing random thing I have accidentaly (really - thinking that I'm going to ignore ths savegame and change anyway) turned myself into... weremom (Hentai Werewolf Gal from some mod, I don't know which one exactly), have had sex, ekhm, with my female NPC and... voila, beautiful, fat schlong appeared

Well,there had to be "that guy",who despite all suggestions comes again and says" penises are missing!".I have the "honour" being that guy.

Recently I made a new install.I decided to install Better males mod http://www.nexusmods...ods/2488/?.Then I installed SOS ( I use Wrye Smash 307).Everything fine so far.Then I installed revealing armor mod  http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36903/?, again everything worked.Next was  http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/39609/?,I chose full bear(most hairy),everything fine.I wanted to try partal bear,so I uninstalled and reinstalled it.This was the beginning of the issues.Instead of penises there are holes.Any reinstall I tried ( SOS,rev armor,hair body text) only made the things worse,and now I get body distortions, like a skeleton is missing, even though the skeleton option is checked when I install SOS.Most  male NPCs have missing ankles and hands too( not all).I tried installing http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68000/?,but its requirement http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/601/? gives me a CtD

You can all laugh at me for losing the male population penises,I would be gratefull if I get a solution
