stretching belly with big schlong

I was just thinking since I saw http://www.loverslab.com/topic/15336-showoff-futamagus-futa-thick-flaccid-penis/ but with the tools currently available to modders, is it possible to either make the belly stretch with a big penis so it doesn't go through the belly or to make it not show at all through the belly? If not then I'll have to wait and see if the tools become available for someone or me to create this. Because I don't know about any of you but I like to give the males of Skyrim big penises but don't like them going through the females bellies.
