You don't need FOMM. Best is to get Mor Organizer 2. Second best is Vortex.

Also to ease the installation, you should check out my 'list of mods' and in particular my compilation mod SOFA  (HUUUGGGE Self-promotion)

Hi Kendo! Sorry for slow reply. I don't and never knew much about animations- they were all provided by other contributors and I just added them in GECK and scripting. I do not recall anything about facial expressions; I think they were preloaded to some of the later animations by Amra and DMan.

And to everyone else, Hi! I am still alive and glad loverslab/sexout is still going. My real life has been rather dramatic but I am still giggling along to it and hoping to do some mod updates in 2023... once I find somewhere relatively stable to live. Soooo... Let's see...

 

I installed NX v18, since I saw that sexout depended on it. then, I launched the game... Just to get a popup after starting, saying that sexout needed NX v16 to works, so I was forced to "downgrade... except that now, every clothing and characters added by sexout, sexout tryout and... well, sexout mods in general are reduced to floating heads and hands, AND Vortex is sending me error messages, saying that NVSE detected that NX was obsolete and couldn't launch... Even after using FOMOD to launch instead.

 

So it's starting to make me a little... angsty ? Is there a reason why sexout mods depends on a old version on NX rather than the new ?

Instead of downgrading, you should switch to NX 19. (which is not on the main folder). This is because NVSE updated to aq new version which broke NX 18 and the detection logic for that version.

I didn't see it the first time...

 

So, I downloaded the V19 and put the dll in my game folder, replacing the v16... and still, the game doesn't find it.

 

I guess I missed something, but what ?

the dll file needs to go to <FNV folder>\data\NVSE\Plugins

I believe Vortex can't install it properly, because it hates dll files.

Ok, so here my problem since then :I had to buy a new PC (since the old one wasn't up to task) and, I needed to reinstall everything.

 

Sooo, I put every mods when then needed to be, but the animations STILL refuses to pop, no matter what I do.

 

Well, actually, sometimes, only the PNJ moves while my character just stand there without moving, but most of the times, the two just... fuses for a while, before falling on the ground (and the PNJ becoming a Red losange with an exclamation point for a brief moment).

 

I put both Core and Data in my game folder before activating them (both with Vortex and FOMM). I also put sexout sounds. Actually, there was a moment when I got something wrong and downloaded both sexout NG 96 and 97 (before deleting the first, I took Slavery.ESM to put it in the 97 folder since it didn't appear in it for some reason).

 

Now, everything is installed and it works generelly far better than before, but I still don't have the animations and I TRULY don't know what I did wrong...

animations that don't start is usually stuck tokens or broken scripts. Only good solution is going back to a save prior to the last successful animation

 

If you have so many issues, you might want to consider using SOFA. You'll get some mods you might not like, but several steps are prepared. And the stuff you might not like (pregnancy?) you can turn off in MCM.

So, i've been running into a pretty dumb issue here.

It seems like my character is kinda "stuck" in terms of sexout. I think sexout still thinks i'm in an animation, because using left and right click still lets me blacklist the animation, while i'm already running around. For context, i'm currently doing the sexout sewer thing and just started to make the first few caps and it seems like it did break at some point then. I can still talk to the people and offer them my body and get the caps for that, but the animation doesn't play. They just walk away like i never talked to them.

I've searched MCM multiple times now and i didn't found an key to force animations to end, because i believe that is what i'd need now to fix this. So, did i miss something? Is there a key to force the animation to end?

What you are describing are stuck tokens. Unfortunately the only good solution is to go back to a previous savegame just before the last succesfull Sexout animation. The last succesfull animation probably terminated incorrectly, cause Sexout animations to never completely finish.

Yea, i figured that. Just loaded an earlier save, when i was starting the "adventure" down there and it worked. Since i tend to save often, i didn't really loose any big progress.

I would appreciate some help with Fallout 3... I have done my fair share of casual modding (installing them and playing).. never made one or know that much about fixing bugs. 

 

I would like to have Sexout on Fallout 3 for a bit of Immersion... not a full cheesy porno movie overhaul like some lovers lab quests... just the ability to love my companions (NOT dog meat), as well as get raped and robbed for losing a fight.

 

I don't want TTW.... I am a big Fallout 3 fan, I like New Vegas,  but really like Fallout 3... I have 3 problems with TTW 

 

1) TTW has new Vegas armor system so enemies are extra tanky and and can take miltiple mag dumps to the head and not die, all Bethesda games have this problem of tanky enemies but New Vegas and Oblivion are the worst. Fallout 3 is best in this situation (better than Skyrim and FO4 in this respect too), due to the DR armor system rather then the DT system.  So only late game FEV and Power armor enemies are super tanky... TTW imports into Fallout 3 one of the worst things about Fallout New Vegas 

 

2) Fallout New vegas has more caps/money sloshing around the wasteland than Fallout 3... TTW imports FONV economy into FO3, destroying FO3 game balance.

 

3) TTW makes you play FO3 before you can play FONV... I love both games... and when I want to play FONV, I want to play FONV... I don't want to have to go through all of FO3 before I get to FONV... I just want to boot the game up and show up in doc Mitchell's house.

This version of FO3 sexout needs:

 

1) to work on current version of FOSE and recent downgrader/anniversary patch for FO3, without the JoshNZ dependency.

2) needs clear installation instructions for bodies. It says it uses Type 3 female and Breeze males... it also says it comes with a male body.... now I installed the Type 3 and Breeze  from nexus and it worked well in vault 101... but then I tried to over write with this version of Sexout (basically I followed the valid and currently working installation instructions That work for HGEC female and Robert's male for Oblivion)... now I CTD immediately after the into video with the narration about "War never changes")... when that video ends I CTD.

 

Am I misunderstanding the install instructions because other in the FO3 thread report problems....

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Data is all the mesh and texture files and other 'resources'. Core is the computer code that tells New Vegas how and when to apply the data-files.

Where is the best up to date guide to install... with the bouncing brests and medium (or low) range graphics/textures upgrades preferred with some neck seems ironed out... not too high graphics though im installing on a laptop not a beast of a desktop 

 

Last time I did this I remember that Tryout came with a Sunny smiles companion... but there is also the exact same "non tryout " versions of Sunny on nexus.

It it near identical to the tryout version but requires (the tryout version is dependent on tryout alone not an extra skeleton)

It has BnB skeleton demands, I know the importance of install order and getting overwrites correct, I just need a refresher.

 

I was planning on not doing tryout and see if I could get other non-tryout slavery mods to work like NCRCF and the PSE ported from oblivion along with wsexfort.

 

So I would need bodies that are compatible with the nexus versions of sunny. But also not ruling out these other mods not working and I go back to tryout.

So in addition to my previous question I am having a problem with invisible female bodies... male bodies are fine.

 

And after reading alot more pages on LL and Nexus am I correct in understanding that the Sexout skeleton is the same as this nexus skeleton.

It seems like a common problem is male bodies being Invisible... I did a fomod install of the sexout bodies and males show up perfectly fine but for me female bodies are invisible and I have Archive invalidate,  or my WAR animations and weapons textures would not show up.

 

Also female naked bodies are visible when not in sex animations but become invisible when sex starts.

So I am attempting to get Sexout working for new vegas agian after a few years away.

 

I did a FOMOD install of the 3 parts of SexoutNG 

Data

Bodies 

Core

 

And I got an error message saying that the current SexoutNG was not the current one,  and female bodies are not showing up during animation. 

 

Male bodies are showing up, females are naked running around... but when the sex starts the head hands and feet show but the rest of the body is invisible... I retried Invalidation 3 times, and even wiped the game from my computer and reinstalled from scratch.
